Even though root canal treatments are one of the most common dental procedures performed, statistics show that though 15% of people in the U.S. avoid seeking dental care because of misconceptions and fears, 89% are satisfied after root canal treatment by a specialist.

ROOT CANAL PROCEDURES

ROOT CANAL TREATMENT

In many ways, the root canal experience is similar to a regular filling and we use the latest technologies for accurate and comfortable treatment.

ROOT CANAL RETREATMENT

SURGERY

Dr. Loth is skilled in periapical surgery and a recognized specialist in treating complex, root-end issues.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING A ROOT CANAL TREATMENT?

During a standard root canal treatment, Dr. Loth uses a powerful, high-tech microscope and special tools to remove infected or inflamed pulp inside your tooth. She cleans, disinfects and seals the inside of your tooth and then a crown or filling is placed to restore natural appearance, strength and functionality. After the root canal procedure, the tooth will function as normal. Modern techniques in root canal treatment and re-treatment make the overall procedure and recovery faster. Dr. Loth uses the latest equipment and anesthetic techniques to insure that your treatment is comfortable and that the healing process is rapid. Most patients find that the root canal procedure is little different than receiving a filling at your local dentist.
